2.1. Tec.Delivery — a software platform (web services, mobile applications, API) provided under the Software as a Service (SaaS) model.
2.2. Company (Operator) — Osek Patur, registered in the State of Israel.
2.3. Client — an individual or legal entity using Tec.Delivery to automate, manage, and develop digital services and business processes, including (but not limited to) online platforms, web services, mobile applications, management systems, online sales, delivery, data processing, integrations, and other commercial, service, and technological processes.
2.4. Subscription — a paid right to use the functionality of the Service under the selected pricing plan.
2.5. Pricing plans — the terms and cost of using the Service published at https://tec.delivery/pricing.
3.1. The Company grants the Client the right to use the Tec.Delivery platform under the Software as a Service (SaaS) model within the selected pricing plan. The right to use the Service is limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and granted for the period corresponding to the paid subscription term.
3.2. Tec.Delivery is not a marketplace, does not sell goods, and does not provide services to end consumers. All transactions of the Client with its users and partners are carried out independently by the Client and under the Client’s sole responsibility.
3.3. The Company is registered and administers the platform from the State of Israel. The Service is provided to Clients worldwide.
4.1. Acceptance of this offer is the Client’s registration in the Tec.Delivery Service.
4.2. From the moment of registration, this agreement is deemed concluded.
5.1. Registration is required to use certain features of the Service.
5.2. The Client undertakes to provide accurate information and not to transfer account access to third parties.
5.3. The Client is responsible for all actions performed under its account.
6.1. Access to the functionality is provided after registration and activation of the Subscription.
6.2. The scope of available features depends on the selected pricing plan.
6.3. The Company has the right to modify, supplement, or discontinue certain features of the Service.
7.1. Use of Tec.Delivery is provided on a paid subscription basis unless otherwise stated by the Company.
7.2. Current pricing plans and terms are published at https://tec.delivery/pricing and form an integral part of this offer.
7.3. Payment is made through available payment methods.
8.1. The Client undertakes not to use the Service for illegal purposes, including but not limited to:
8.2. The Client bears full responsibility for the legality of its activities, content, and data.
9.1. The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”.
9.2. The Company is not liable for the Client’s activities, losses, lost profits, loss of data, business reputation, or business interruption.
9.3. The total liability of the Company is limited to the amount actually paid by the Client over the last 3 (three) months.
10.1. Personal data processing is carried out in accordance with the Tec.Delivery Privacy Policy available at: https://api.tec.delivery/docs/privacy/
11.1. The Company has the right to amend the terms of the offer at any time.
11.2. The new version comes into force from the moment of publication.
12.1. This offer is governed by the laws of the State of Israel.
